What happens right after I pay?
You land on a short onboarding page and tell us your business name, website and how to give us access to your ad accounts. You get an email receipt and a dashboard login. We reach out within 2 hours to confirm details and your ideal customer, and your launch plan is ready within 48 hours.
Can I cancel? Is there a contract?
No contract — it's month-to-month and you can cancel anytime by emailing hello@adshandled.com or calling (561) 778-5102. Because your first month of management is free, you can cancel in month one and never pay a management fee at all. You keep your ad accounts either way.
What do you need from me to get started?
Three things: your business details and who your ideal customer is, access to your Facebook and Google ad accounts (you own them — we manage them through our manager accounts), and the ad budget you want to run. We handle campaign setup, creative, copy, targeting and optimization from there.
How fast do my ads actually go live?
Your launch plan is ready within 48 hours; ads typically go live shortly after, pending platform approval. Leads typically start coming in within the first week. It takes 2-4 weeks to fully optimize for peak performance as we gather data on what converts best in your market.
Is ad spend included in the $399?
No — $399/month is the management fee only, and it's the only recurring charge from us. Ad spend is billed by Facebook and Google on your own accounts. You choose the amount, 100% of it goes toward running your ads, and we never mark it up or take a percentage.
Do I need my own ad accounts?
Yes — and you own them completely. You'll have your own Google Ads and Facebook ad accounts. We manage campaigns through our manager accounts, and you keep full access. You can remove us or switch anytime, so you're never locked in.
What happens when I want to scale my budget up?
Just tell us. We can increase your ad budget at any time and there's no extra management fee for higher spend. Many clients start at $500/month in ad spend and scale to $2,000–3,000 once they see the returns. Same flat $399 regardless.
Can I get the audit without paying anything?
Yes. The audit is free and needs no credit card. We analyze your ads (or build a proposal if you're not running any) and send back a health score, your top 3 problems, an estimated monthly impact and 3 quick wins — usually within 24 hours. You keep it whether you hire us or not.
