These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of adshandled.com and the advertising management services provided by Ads Handled ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Ads Handled provides digital advertising management services including Facebook and Instagram ad campaign creation, management, optimization, and reporting. Specific services and deliverables are determined by your selected plan.
To use our services, you must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Active ad campaigns will be paused upon cancellation.
To manage your advertising campaigns, you may need to grant us access to your Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads account, or other platforms. You retain ownership of all accounts. We will only use access for the purposes of managing your campaigns.
Your subscription fee covers our management services. Ad spend paid directly to platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) is separate and billed by those platforms. We will recommend budgets but you control your ad spend limits.
While we work to optimize your campaigns, we cannot guarantee specific results (leads, sales, ROAS). Advertising outcomes depend on many factors including your industry, market conditions, offer, budget, and platform algorithms. We commit to professional, data-driven management of your campaigns.
We treat your business information, campaign data, and account details as confidential. We will not share your information with competitors or unauthorized third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ads Handled shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ads Handled from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or if continued service would violate platform policies or law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
