SMS Text Message Program & Consent

Ads Handled (a service of Zachary Vorsteg LLC, EIN 99-2802860) is a done-for-you digital advertising agency operating at adshandled.com. We run advertising campaigns for our business clients (for example, home-service contractors and local businesses). This page explains our SMS text-message program, who receives messages, and how clients give and withdraw consent.

Who sends and who receives

Sender: Ads Handled.
Recipient: our own paying business clients — specifically the business owner who signed up for our advertising services. We do not text consumers or any third party.
Purpose: when a client's advertising campaign generates a new sales lead, we text that client the new lead's name and phone number so they can follow up quickly.

How clients opt in (consent)

Enrolling in text alerts is optional and is NOT a condition of purchasing or using any Ads Handled service. During onboarding, a client provides their mobile number and actively checks the following consent box, which is unchecked by default:

Message frequency, rates, and opt-out

Message frequency varies based on how many leads a client's campaign generates.
Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out, reply STOP at any time. This stops the texts and does not affect the client's advertising service.

Privacy

We do not share mobile opt-in information or consent with third parties for their marketing. Mobile numbers collected for lead alerts are used only to deliver those alerts. See our full Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
